you will be so proud of me or think i am a total weirdo...i saw some folks driving down my for sale neighbors house...and i went outside and said they could ask me if they had any ?s. i thought they had left but 2 hours later they came over. i hope they buy the house, seemed really nice and the poor house is down to 289k! i told them their realtor owes me something b/c i was totally selling the house/neighborhood!
